RR

Designed and built in accordance with API 676 norms, Cerpelli’ RRLO represent the evolution of 100 years of experience in the field of design and construction of twin screw volumetric pumps. The pumps are self-priming and can convey fluids containing gas or air. The wear-resistant inner casing can be cast in a wide range of materials depending on pumped fluid characteristics . Wear-resistant surface treatments are also available as option. Optional steam or hot fluid heating chamber is available upon request. Screw shafts machined out of forged mono block pieces or bars, hardened steel gears fitted directly on the rotors and over dimensioned roller bearings assure smooth and reliable operation of the RRLOpumps. All series RRLO pumps are supplied including relief valves, which can respond to particular requirements of the plant and according to latest rules such as API 520. Several constructive features including external or internal bearing and vertical configuration can be supplied depending on the application

C2POH

C2PO heavy duty process pumps are horizontal, between bearings, with axially split casing, double suction, one stage impeller (BB1 configuration) , in full compliance with API 610 std., latest edition (ISO 13709). The specific pump construction allows to achieve very high efficiency with low NPSHr values. Robust casing, stiff shaft design and different bearing arrangements to meet specific applications make the C2PO a fully reliable pump, granting long life in service and reduced maintenance costs. CKVN

CKVN — CKVN-B are vertically-suspended, single or multi-stage centrifugal pumps (VS1 or VS6 configuration), designed and built in full accordance with API 610 norms. Bowls are integrally cast diffuser type to assure optimum hydraulic efficiency and minimum radial thrust. A generously sized, carefully designed line shaft assures rotor stability and low vibration level.Rotor axial positioning and support is granted through an oil lubricated double row ball thrust bearing. DUAL PEP

Patented two stages overhung pump using two low flow design impellers in back to back configuration enclosed in a radially split, barrel shaped, centerline supported integral casing, maintaining the end — top nozzle configuration. Dual PEP pump meets API 610 11th ed. design and maintains all the advantages given by the PEP solution such as no backflow and high stability at low flow conditions, low NPSHr without the use of inducers, use of API 682 standard mechanical seals, high reliability and maintainability. Specifically designed for petrochemical process plants and heavy duty applications whenever there is a need for low capacity and high head performances. They can also be used in any other fields whenever heavy and continuous duty with hot, corrosive and viscous fluids is required.

HPD - HPE - HPE-DS

Single and two stage between bearing process pumps designed and manufactured according to API 610, 11th ed. 
HPD are single stage double suction radially split casing pumps.
HPE are two stage pumps with either single or double suction first stage impeller, depending on the design capacity.
Both series of pumps correspond to type BB2 as described in the reference standard.
Compact design and generously sized components make these pumps suitable for the most critical applications: in the HPD and HPE pump series, the axial thrust is intrinsically balanced in order to minimize shaft and bearings loads.
Care in design and manufacturing as well as dynamic balancing of rotating parts will grant equipment reliability and smooth operation with low residual vibrations.
For high temperature duties, cooling of the bearings can be obtained by means of specifically designed stainless steel integral coolers which can easily be installed and removed for maintenance purposes without dismounting the bearing housing. As an alternative, custom designed, integrally cast aluminium air fans can be fitted on both drive and non drive end .
HPD and HPE pumps can be manufactured in all the materials combination foreseen by the reference standard and in special alloys for chemically aggressive services.

HPM

HPM process pumps are two-stage, axially split, volute type pumps with single or double suction 1st stage impeller, fully designed according to latest edition of API 610 Std. Casing is axially split; suction and discharge nozzles are integrally cast with the lower half casing, while a crossover integrally cast with the upper half casing is used to deliver pumped fluid from the first set of stages to the other stages. Axial thrust is eliminated by back-to back configuration of the impellers within the rotor. The double volute allows to minimize hydraulic radial forces, thus reducing shaft deflection. Single impellers and the complete rotor are dynamically balanced to reduce vibrations. Shaft dynamics characteristics are carefully studied to reduce deflection under the most severe operating conditions. Anti-friction bearings are standard. Hydrodynamic bearings (Journal Bearing and tilting pad ) are provided when requested by service or standard rule

HPMB

The HPMB line barrel pumps are multi-stage, designed and manufactured according to API 610, XI edition, and are suitable for heavy duty applications in the oil and gas, refining and petrochemical industry, for power plant boiler feed water, water injection, reverse osmosis. Designed to run at 50 or 60 Hz., with temperatures up to +400°C and pressures up to 220 bar, these pumps provide very high reliability, high interchangeability, easy accessibility to the inner parts and minimum maintenance. 
The pump casing is radially split, centerline supported to eliminate the effects of the thermal expansions in case of high temperature applications, vaned diffusers, to reduce hydraulic radial thrust, with the exception of small capacity pumps (<80 m3/h), with double volute diffusers. Both solutions allow to reduce to the mini-mum the radial hydraulic thrusts. 
Available with 4 to 13 stages, the first stage impeller being bigger or double suction to meet low NPSHr. The pump could be “de-staged” and this allows to grant the possibility to increase and/or decrease the number of stages, thus meeting any future requirements. The opposed impeller and diffuser configuration allows to minimize axial and radial thrusts. 
Full cartridge design that allows an easy and quick dismantling of the pump; the operation could be further eased by using the dismantling cradle. 
In compliance with API 610 standards, three configurations are foreseen: (a) anti-friction radial and thrust bearings, (b) hydrodynamic radial bearings and anti-friction thrust bearings, both with ring oil lubrication, including purge and pure oil mist systems; (c) hydrodynamic radial bearings and tilting pads thrust bearings with forced lubrication system.A sturdy and deep stuffing box allows to fit cartridge mechanical seals, according to API 682 norms. Bearing housing cooling, if required, is achieved by means of a stainless steel cooler. As an alternative, a cooling fan fitted directly on pump shaft can also be offered on all pump models. All constructive materials, as per API 610 material tables, are available. Other material combinations such as erosion/corrosion resistant alloys, are also available for specific applications.

HPP

The HPP pumps are designed and manufactured according to API 610, 11th edition and are suitable for heavy duty applications in the oil and gas, refining and petrochemical industry. Designed to run at 50 or 60 Hz., with temperatures ranging from -100°C to +400°C, these pumps provide very high reliability, high interchangeability, easy accessibility to the inner parts and minimum maintenance. 
The pump casings are radially split, centerline supported with end suction and top discharge, single or double volute. Axial balance is achieved by means of balancing holes on the impeller. Oversized thrust bearing versions are available for high suction pressure applications. A wide choice of hydraulics is available to optimize pump selection at any design point, thus reducing the operating costs. Minimum shaft deflection, due to minimum impeller overhung with respect to bearings, ensures long trouble-free seal life. A sturdy and deep stuffing box allows to fit cartridge mechanical seals, according to API 682 norms. Bearing housing cooling, if required, is achieved by means of a stainless steel cooler of innovative design. As an alternative, a cooling fan fitted directly on pump shaft can also be offered on all pump models. All constructive materials, as per API 610 material tables, are available. Other material combinations such as erosion/corrosion resistant alloys are also available for specific applications.

HPPMD

HPPMD and PEPMD pumps are designed and manufactured in full accordance with the API 685 (Sealless Centrifugal Pumps for Petroleum, Heavy Duty Chemical and Gas Industry, 1st edition October 2000) norms. Hydraulics are directly derived from the API 610 series (HPP and PEP) while magnetic couplings, containment devices and inner bearings have been designed to comply with the most stringent requirements of the guiding norms. The magnetic couplings are generously sized for the applied torques and manufactured with Samarium-Cobalt elements. The primary containment shell can be manufactured in Hastelloy C or Titanium alloy for high pressure applications. The containment casing is normally designed to withstand the pump casing MAWP (5MPa in the Carbon Steel version). Secondary shaft sleeve and thrust bearings are of hydrodynamic type, made in hard materials with low friction characteristics and lubricated by the same pumped liquid through flushing lines and systems made in accordance with the governing specifications. HPPMD series is also equipped with a compensation device device to withstand axial and radial thermal expansion, achieving smoother and more reliable operation at higher temperatures and in thermal transient conditions. Depending on pumped liquids and on the level of safety required , secondary containment seals and leakage monitoring devices can be installed. All the pumps are predisposed to host such devices. HPPMD and PEPMD pumps can be supplied in all the material combinations foreseen by API 685. Other material combinations such as erosion/corrosion resistant alloys are also available for specific applications.

HPV

HPVT

HPVT are vertically-suspended, multi-stage centrifugal pumps designed and built in full accordance with API 610 norms.
Available either in VS1 or VS6 configurations, depending on the characteristics of the pumped liquid and given conditions of service. Impellers are of centrifugal radial type, closed design with front and back wear rings and balancing holes to provide individual axial thrust balance (standard construction). Rotor axial positioning and support is granted through an oil lubricated double row ball thrust bearing, located on the upper side.
A rigid coupling with spacer allows the removal of the cartridge mechanical seal without interfering with motor positioning and alignment.
Bowls are integrally cast diffuser type to assure optimum hydraulic efficiency and minimum radial thrust under any operating condition. A generously sized, carefully designed line shaft assures rotor stability and low vibration level: shafts are manufactured in one piece for pumps lengths up to 6 m.
Line shaft bearings are normally lubricated by the same pumped fluid and can be provided in different material combinations, depending on the fluid to be handled.
VS6 (vertically suspended, in can construction) is available on low boiling hydrocarbons and condensate extraction services. PED and ASME design and certifications for can, column and discharge head are an available option.

L-BPEP

The L-BPEP is a two stages overhung pump using two  low flow design impellers in back to back configuration  enclosed in a radially split. 
Nozzle arrangement available in several configurations.
The L-BPEP meets API 610 11th ed. design criteria and maintains all the advantages given by the PEP solution  such as no backflow and high stability at low flow conditions, low NPSHr without the use of inducers,  use of API 682 standard mechanical seals, high reliability and maintainability.
In the L-BPEP all the radial and axial forces imposed by the impellers on the shaft (which are already small thanks to the enhanced hydraulic design)  are fully balanced through the back to back  and opposite discharge ports configuration.
The bearing frame and shaft size have been increased compared to the single stage PEP version to ensure minimum shaft deflection under all operating conditions.
The L-BPEP can be used to handle water, chemicals and hydrocarbons on a capacity range up to 19 m3/h against a total dynamic head up to 550 m.l.c. without the use of speed increasing devices. Standard design pressure of the casing is  7.0 MPa  (70 Kg/cm2), standard suction and discharge flange rating ANSI 600 RF. 
All API 610 material combinations, except I-1 and I-2 (cast iron), are available. 
L-BPEP can also be manufactured in special alloys to handle aggressive media.

LHVN

LVN and LHVN are process pumps, single stage, vertical in-line overhung type, (OH3 and OH4 configurations), fully complying with API 610 Std. (ISO 13709), latest edition. The pump casings are radially split, with in-line nozzle arrangement. Larger sizes are designed with twin volute to minimize radial loads. The shaft has a stiff design, 1st lateral critical speed remains well above the operating speed of the pump. The axial thrust to the rotor is supported by oil lubricated ball bearings. The vertical execution, with bearing housing and motor baseframe mounted on the casing directly bolted on a foundation plate, is particularly interesting whenever there is a need to limit space floor requirements. LVN and LHVN pumps can be used for a capacity range up to 3.000 m3/h with total dynamic head of 140 m.l.c. All constructive materials, as per API 610 material tables, are available.

L-PEP

L-PEP centrifugal process pumps are single stage overhung radially split casing (OH3 configuration) pumps,  specifically conceived and designed for heavy duty applications in the oil and gas and petrochemical industry,  in order to complete the Finder Pompe’s HPP (API 610 heavy duty process pumps) range in the low flows/high head  field, ranging from less than 1 up to 35 m³/h capacity and up to 300 mt total head with a single impeller . The special hydraulic design inherently prevents back-flow at low capacity, while achieving a stable curve with extremely low NPSHr values without the need of an inducer. Open impeller and concentric volute design substantially reduce radial and axial thrusts on shaft and bearings, regardless the operating capacity and suction pressure. In low flow-high head duties, the PEP design gives higher  reliability when compared to traditional volute pumps by remarkably reducing vibrations and shaft deflections. The impeller, of the open type, star design without wearing rings, rotates within the casing with relatively wide clearances (which do not affect hydraulic performances) thus allowing  safe reliable operation and preventing seizures due to thermal expansions at high temperatures. For the same reasons, a certain amount of particles in the pumped liquid can also be tolerated. The interchangeability of bearing frames and sealing devices with the LHVN line, together with the fact that no wearing rings are used, make the L-PEP pumps a flexible and easily maintainable  piece of equipment in the specific application range.

PEP

Radially split single stage centrifugal pumps having constructive features identical to the HPP line, with the exception of the open impeller. The specific construction allows the pump to run with no back-flow, with a totally stable curve and with very low NPSHr value.Specifically designed for petrochemical process plants and heavy duty applications whenever there is a need for low capacity and high head performances. They can also be used in any other fields whenever heavy and continuous duty with hot, corrosive and viscous fluids is required.

PEPMD

V-PEP

The pumps belonging to the V-PEP series are API 610 compliant vertically suspended, single casing volute, line shaft driven VS4 type centrifugal sump pumps suitable for small capacity and medium to high head, ranging from less than 1 up to 35 m³/h capacity and up to 300 mt total head with a single impeller. 
Open impeller and concentric volute design substantially reduce radial and axial thrusts on shaft and bearings, regardless the operating capacity and suction pressure.
In low flow-high head duties, the V-PEP design gives higher reliability when compared to traditional volute pumps by remarkably reducing vibrations and shaft deflections.
The impeller, of the open type, star design without wearing rings, rotates within the casing with relatively wide clearances (which do not affect hydraulic performances) thus allowing safe reliable operation and preventing seizures due to thermal expansions at high temperatures. For the same reasons, a certain amount of particles in the pumped liquid can also be tolerated. 
Each V-PEP pump is engineered to suit Customer specifications, application and needs. 
Standard construction features a single piece shaft guided by sleeve type line bearings where needed. 
The span between line bearings, which are available in different materials depending on pumped fluid and operating conditions, is studied for each application in order to assure reliable and smooth operation, paying special attention to lateral critical speed issues . Lubrication of the line bearings is normally obtained by means of the same pumped fluid or from an external lubricating source (clear liquid or grease) in abrasive services. Thrust bearings are generously sized and are available in both grease and oil lubricated version. A spacer coupling is normally used to allow mechanical seal maintenance without disconnecting the electric motor. The mounting plate, which is integral part of the pump, can be designed in either square or round shape, to match sump or tank plates or flanges. Mounting flange having the same pressure rating of the corresponding tank interface are available as an option. V-PEP pumps can be manufactured in several materials combinations (including Duplex SS and corrosion resistance alloys) and are extensively used to cover several applications in the Oil and Gas, Petrochemical and Chemical industries.

C2PO

HC

Radially split centrifugal pumps with close impeller complying with ISO 2858/DIN 24256/ISO 5199 Norms. A sturdy and deep stuffing box allows to fit single or double, either conventional or cartridge design mechanical seals. Upon request, they can be equipped with heating/cooling chambers on the pump casing and/or stuffing box. HC Pumps can be manufactured in any material combination depending on actual conditions of service. HC pumps cover a very wide range of applications and are suitable for all the chemical and food industries. They can pump various kind of liquids: clean, with small suspended solids, cold or hot, acid, corrosive, slightly viscous fluids.

HCMD

Single volute hermetically sealed pump thanks to the replacement of the traditional mechanical seals with magnetic device.This solution allows a substantial reduction of maintenance interventions and, consequently, of the running costs. All the parts included between the motor and the pump casing can be removed without disconnecting the discharge and the suction piping and with no interventions on the motor. In particular, the outer magnet, the oil bracket, the flexible coupling and the spacer can be disassembled without opening the pump and therefore without exposing the liquid to the atmosphere. The pump is available in close-coupled version (direct coupling with the motor, self-alignment), or in bareshaft version with oil lubricated ball bearing support (other lubricating systems available upon request).Wide interchangeability.Standard flanged connections DIN or ANSI.

VX

Radially split single stage pumps with vortex impeller which allows for certain sizes to handle liquids with suspended solids having a size up to 80% of the nozzle diameters. The packing gland allows the installation of mechanical seals and packing rings of any kind. Upon request, they can be fitted with chambers to cool or heat the casing and/or the stuffing box. They are normally manufactured by using a wide variety of metallurgies, such as cast iron, nodular cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel and special alloys. Specifically designed to handle liquids with suspended solids and sludge (raw and decomposed up to 6%), especially in treatment plants systems, paper mills (dry residual up to 8%) and for application in the sugar, chemical and steel industries.

ACV-E

Vertical single stage centrifugal pumps derived from DIN 24255 (ACV) Norms. ULN - UHN

Single-stage centrifugal process pumps, available in a variety of constructive materials to suit various applications and equipped with single, double or cartridge mechanical seals. 
The pumps are characterized by a different execution of the impeller; ULN pumps, in fact, have a close type impeller, while UHN pumps are equipped with a special impeller that combines a traditional impeller with blades and axial inducer. 
These pumps are suitable for applications in food, chemical, canning industries and desalination plants. They can convey very viscous fluids, even non-newtonian ones.
For applications on food evaporators, pumps ULN and UHN can be internally polished.

CDS - NP

Two stage liquid ring vacuum pumps series CDS and NP suitable for deep vacuum applications. CDS is a compact line designed to minimize the floor space requirements by offering short and integrated bearing brackets in combination with the motor supporting lantern option up to 15 kW size mainly dedicated to the OEM market. For capacity higher than 900 m3/h, the NP series is available with long bearing brackets in order to offer complete flexibility on the mechanical seal selection to meet any process requirements. On both series it is possible to axially adjust the rotor assembly from outside, thus perfectly centering it inside the pump and achieving best performance and reliability. Standard construction is cast iron with bronze or stainless steel impellers; alternatively, pumps are available completely in stainless steel execution. Special alloys are available upon request. They are widely used in the process industry and power generation for gas and vapour extraction, evaporation or impregnation. ATEX version available on request. The flexibility of the liquid ring technology opens the door to the definition of continuos new applications.

DEX

The DEX line is the extension of the FindeR LEX/MEX series. DEX pumps are designed to handle bigger inlet capacities. The impeller construction is “in between bearing” and the gas streams are collected from both pump ends through common inlet and discharge manifolds. The pumps are available bareshaft therefore can be connected to any electric motor through a flexible coupling. DEX pumps are frequently used as a compressor up to 2 bar g discharge pressure. Thanks to its construction, are available with ATEX certification also. FindeR DEX line design is very robust and simple in order to provide the highest reliability. The basic construction is in cast iron with bronze impeller for DEX 600 &amp; 800 but nodular iron impeller for DEX 1200 &amp; 1800. Other versions like cast iron with stainless steel impeller or complete wetted parts in stainless steel construction can be provided as well as other exotic alloys upon request. LEX - MEX

LEX/MEX are two different versions of the same pump. LEX pumps are fitted with a special supporting bracket which connects the pump to the electric motor. The flanged end of the bracket allows the connection to any IEC motor in B5 construction or, when adding a dedicated adaptor flange, to any NEMA “C” flange motor type. Due to the flexibility in the motor selection, the LEX pumps can be used as a compressor as well. LEX pumps, thanks to its construction; are available with ATEX certification also. VPM series are monoblok type which means that the pump is fixed straight to the motor flange and the pump impeller fitted directly on the motor shaft. This version makes the pump extremely compact suitable to be installed on OEM equipment. Motor options available are as follows: 50Hz, 50/60Hz and 60Hz UL. Originally introduced in the market by Centra Vacuum Technology, this line of pumps is of very simple design in order to provide the highest reliability: just one moving part, the impeller. The construction available is cast iron with bronze impeller only. VPM pumps are widely used in any industrial application involving vacuum due to their versatility and low space requirements. Major applications are in the plastic industry, sterilisation, food, textile, soil remediation and others requesting gas and vapour extraction. VPM series has recently replaced with the FindeR MEX but it is still available due to the high installed base.»

C2PO

C2PO heavy duty process pumps are horizontal, between bearings with a axially split casing, double suction, one stage impeller. The specific pump construction allows to achieve very high efficiency with low NPSHr values. Robust casing, stiff shaft design and different bearing arrangements to meet specific applications make the C2PO a fully reliable pump granting long life in service and reduced maintenance costs. Thanks to its specific construction, inner parts are easily accessible, without disconnecting the casing from the piping and the electric motor.
Many constructive materials are available; erosion/corrosion resistant alloys are also available upon request.

CKVT

CKV are vertically-suspended, single or multi-stage centrifugal pumps (VS4 configuration). Bowls are integrally cast diffuser type to assure optimum hydraulic efficiency and minimum radial thrust. A generously sized, carefully designed line shaft assures rotor stability and low vibration level.Rotor axial positioning and support is granted through an oil lubricated double row ball thrust bearing. A rigid coupling with spacer allows the removal of the cartridge mechanical seal without interfering with motor positioning and alignment.Line shaft bearings are normally lubricated by the same pumped fluid and can be provided in different material combinations, depending on the fluid to be handled.

HCMD

Single volute hermetically sealed pump thanks to the replacement of the traditional mechanical seals with magnetic device.This solution allows a substantial reduction of maintenance interventions and, consequently, of the running costs. All the parts included between the motor and the pump casing can be removed without disconnecting the discharge and the suction piping and with no interventions on the motor. In particular, the outer magnet, the oil bracket, the flexible coupling and the spacer can be disassembled without opening the pump and therefore without exposing the liquid to the atmosphere. The pump is available in close-coupled version (direct coupling with the motor, self-alignment), or in bareshaft version with oil lubricated ball bearing support (other lubricating systems available upon request).Wide interchangeability.Standard flanged connections DIN or ANSI.

The pumps are self-priming and can convey fluids containing gas or air. The wear-resistant inner casing can be cast in a wide range of materials depending on pumped fluid characteristics .
